- Implementation of strategic and operational controlling for the German subsidiary of an international listed company
- Planning, forecasting and variance analysis are among your regular tasks for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Preparation and further development of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management, the parent company in Prague and the head office in South Korea
- Preparation of budget planning in consultation with the specialist departments
- Continuous monitoring of budget achievement and proposal of countermeasures
- Continuous optimisation of controlling processes and reporting tools
- Close cooperation with accounting and other specialist departments to ensure effective reporting
- Preparation of ad hoc analyses and decision papers for management in Germany, Europe and the head office in South Korea
What we expect from you
- Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance or similar.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the operational area and in financial reporting
- Confident use of MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong analytical thinking skills and high affinity for numbers
- Independent, structured approach to work and good communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
